1.個人情報の取得と利用について

グレース不動産株式会社は、お客様の個人情報の取得を適切な手段によって行うと共に、利用目的の公表、通知、明示等を行います。法令に基づく場合を除き、お客様ご本人の同意なく、下記記載の利用目的以外で個人情報の取り扱いはいたしません。

2.利用目的等

当社は、事業を行うことに伴い、事業遂行上必要となる個人情報を取得しますが、これらの個人情報は、下記の目的で利用させていただきます。

• 不動産賃貸物件、及び売買物件の探索と提案
• 不動産賃貸借、売買の契約締結に関する諸業務
• 不動産管理業務
• 海外からの赴任者、外国人のサポート業務
• 上記記載の業務におけるサービス、および顧客開拓

上記項目において、業務目的達成のため、必要な範囲内で下記記載等の第三者に情報提供を行うこと。

個人情報および保有データは下記、および関連業務にて利用致します。必要最小限度の情報のみ提供致します。

• 他の宅地建物取引業者
• 建物管理業者
• 購入時の融資に関わる金融機関
• 火災保険等の損害保険会社およびその代理店
• 保証会社

3.個人情報の管理・保護

当社は、お客様からご提供いただいた個人情報の取扱いに関しては、個人情報保護管理者を置き、適切かつ厳重な管理を行い、個人情報の正確性を保つことに努めます。また、外部への流出防止および外部からの不正アクセス等の危険に対して、個人情報保護規程および個人情報取扱運用細則に基づき、必要かつ適切なレベルの安全対策を実施し、お客様の個人情報の安全管理に努めます。

4.第三者への提供

当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、ご本人の同意がない限り、個人情報を第三者へ提供いたしません。

5.個人情報の利用停止・消去

当社の保有個人データに関しまして、お客様ご自身の情報の利用停止、消去または第三者提供の停止をご希望される場合には、お申し出いただいた方がご本人であることを確認した上で、お客様のご希望に理由があることが判明した場合には、遅滞なく利用停止、消去または第三者提供を停止いたします。

Grace Real Estate Corporation acquires customer’s Personal Information with proper means and use the information through public announcement, notification and clear statement and so on.
Except where required by law, we will not use any personal information for reasons other than the designated purpose or without consent of that individual.

2.Purpose of Use of Personal Information

Our company acquires Personal Information as necessary in the course of undertaking our business, and that Personal Information will be used for one or more of the following purposes.

• Search and Proposal for lease, selling and buying of real estate
• Service for lease and sales of real estate
• Real Estate Property Management
• Support for expatriates and foreigners
• Customer service for the above points and Customer development

Provision of the Personal Information at minimum to third parties noted below in order to handle the above mentioned business or service.

Private information and data for retention provided by our customers shall be used only for the following purposes and the related businesses. Only the minimized information shall be provided.

• Other real estate transaction dealers
• Property management companies
• Financing from banks for buying
• Property and Fire insurance companies and the agent
• Guarantee companies

3.Management and Custody of Personal Information

Our company will appoint a Personal Information Manager to ensure the proper and strict safekeeping of the Personal Information received from our clients, and will strive to preserve the accuracy of all Personal Information.
Furthermore, we will implement the necessary and appropriate level of safety measures to prevent the risk of any Personal Information being disclosed outside of the company and of any improper external access to the Personal Information, based on our Regulations for the Custody of Personal Information and Rules for Dealing with Personal Information.

4.Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

Except where required by law, we will not disclose any individual's Personal Information to a third party without the consent of that individual.

5.Suspension and Cessation of Use

In the event that any individual in respect of whom we hold Personal Information wishes us to suspend or cease our use of that information or to cease providing that information to a third party, we will, without delay, after first confirming the identity of the individual making such request and ascertaining that there is a reason for the request, effect the relevant suspension or cessation.
